The balloon finish varies between our pastel matte, pearl and fashion tones. To create this stunning colour composition, some of the balloons of this garland are double stuffed, which means that two balloons have been layered together to create rich and unique colours.

There are three different sizes of garland kits: Mini, Regular and Large.
